高效节水喷灌机组研制及效益分析

【摘要】 研制出一种高效节水喷灌机组,关键设备包括全射流喷头和射流式自吸喷灌泵。全射流喷头创新点主要体现在喷头出口处的射流元件上,射流式自吸喷灌泵创新点在于自吸机构设计成射流式,实现了普通离心泵自吸启动的功能。对高效节水喷灌机组进行了效益预算,假设全国原灌溉用水总量漫灌中的0.01%由新型高效节水喷灌机组喷灌代替,可以带来平均每年节省1 457万m~3灌溉用水的社会效益。按每年喷灌机组需求以5%的速度增加计算,每年可以带来1 800万元的经济效益和0.36万kW的能量效益。本设计首次将射流技术应用于喷灌机组中,使其在喷洒同时,能够降低能耗,达到节水节能的效果。

【Abstract】 A new type of high efficiency water -saving sprinkler irrigation system was developed.The key equipment contains the complete fluidic sprinkler and the fluidic self-priming pump.The main innovations of them are the fluidic element,and the self-priming mechanism,respectively.Benefit analysis was carried out in this paper.Supposed that 0.01 percent of overflow irrigation is changed into sprinkler irrigation of this new system,the water of 145.7 million m~3.can be saved in China.Supposed the increasing speed of irrigation system is 5%,it can bring economic benefit of 180 million,and energy benefit of 3.6 thousand kW.It is the first time for putting fluidics technology into irrigation system,the effect of saving water and energy can be achieved as a result.
