不同生育期水分亏缺对甜瓜产量和品质影响研究

【摘要】 为探讨沟灌条件下不同生育期水分亏缺对甜瓜产量和品质的影响,本研究开展了相应的田间试验。试验采取根区(0~50cm)土壤含水率下限控制灌水。研究结果表明:开花坐果期轻度水分亏缺[55%FC(田间持水量)]对产量和品质均无显著影响;而中度水分亏缺(45%FC)产量降低12.6%,TSS和Vc含量分别提高7.9%和113.2%。膨果期轻度水分亏缺(60%FC)对产量无影响,TSS和Vc含量分别提高7.7%和207.7%;中度水分亏缺(50%FC)产量降低6.6%,TSS和Vc含量分别提高4.8%和128.4%。成熟期轻度水分亏缺(55%FC)产量增加5.9%,TSS含量提高17.1%;中度水分亏缺(45%FC)产量无影响,TSS和Vc含量分别提高14.4%和25.8%。综合考虑不同生育期水分亏缺对甜瓜产量和品质的影响,该地区甜瓜的适宜的亏缺制度为膨果期灌水下限控制在60%FC(轻度水分亏缺)、成熟期灌水下限控制在45%FC(中度水分亏缺)。

【Abstract】 A field experiment had been conducted in order to investigate the impact of water stress on melon yield and quality under furrow irrigation at different growth stages.Lower limit level of water content in the root zone(0~50cm) was designed to control the irrigation.Results indicated that mild water stress[55%FC field capacity]during blooming and fruit setting stage has no impact on the yield and quality;moderate water stress(45%FC) decreases the yield by 12.6%,but increases the fruit total soluble solid(TSS) content and vitamin C(Vc) content by 7.9%and 113.2%,respectively.During swelling stage,mild water stress(60%FC) has no effect on the yield,and can increase the TSS and Vc contents by 7.7%and 207.7%,respectively; moderate water stress(50%FC) decreases the yield by 6.6%,but increases the TSS and Vc contents by 4.8%and 128.4%.During mature stage,mild water stress(55%FC) can increase the yield and TSS content by 5.9%and 17.1%,respectively;moderate water stress(45%FC) has less impact on yield,but increases the TSS and Vc contents by 14.4%and 25.8%, respectively.With considering the overall impact of water stress on melon yield and quality,it has been recommended that the deficit irrigation scheduling for melon in the study area is to irrigate the field with the lower limit of 60%FC at blooming stage and 45%FC at fruit setting stage and mature stage,respectively.
