【摘要】 目的:探讨抗精神病药联用舍曲林治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效。方法:以阴性症状为主的住院精神分裂症50例,在原有抗精神病药基础上联用舍曲林治疗。疗程12周。使用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)在治疗前和治疗4、8、12周末各评定1次。结果:联用舍曲林12周后,PANSS总分、阴性症状分与情感迟钝、情感退缩、情感交流障碍、被动/淡漠及社交退缩分均比治疗前显著下降。结论:以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症,在使用抗精神病药物的同时联用舍曲林,对改善阴性症状有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the efficacy of antipsychotics combined with setraline in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods:50 schizophrenic inpatients with negative symptoms were treated with antipsychotics combined with setraline.Positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS) and treatments at the of 4th,8th,12th week.Results:After 12 weeks of treatments,the total scores and negative factor,emotional blunting,emotional withdrawal,emotional exchange disorder,passive/apathy,and social withdrawal factors of PANSS decreased significantly.Conclusion Antipsychotics combined with setraline can improve negative symptoms in patients with schiszophrenia.更多还原
