【摘要】 目的 :观察装配不同截瘫步行矫形器对脊髓损伤中患者生活活动能力和步行能力的影响。方法 :30例脊髓损伤后的患者,在装配截瘫步行矫形器前进行康复强化训练与治疗。包括肌力、心肺功能、转移、ADL等,装配后进行站立及行走能力强化训练,ADL及心理等治疗。训练治疗前后用改良Barthel指数MBI和功能独立评测FIM评分并测定步行距离进行比较。结果 :装配截瘫步行矫形器后ADL能力明显提高,特别是移动与行走能力,装配前后比较有显著性差异,P<0.01。30例中6例达到治疗性步态,13例达到了家庭功能性步态,11例达到了社区性步态。结论 :在脊髓损伤的综合康复治疗中,装配下肢不同截瘫步行矫形器结合站立及行走能力训练及ADL训练等治疗,可以提高患者日常生活自理能力及行走能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the influence of walkinh orthosis on activities of daily life(ADL)and walking ability.Method:30special cord injured patients received intensive training(including muscle strength,cardio-respiratory function,transferring,ADL etc.) Then they were trainned in standing,walking,ADL and psychology wearing orthosises.Modified Barthel Index of ADL(MBI) and Functional Independence Measure(FIM)were used for assessment pre-training and post-training.and the walking distances were also measured,compared and analysed.Result:Their ability of ADL and improved obviously after being equipped with walking orthosises,especially the moving and walking ability.There were significant difference between pre-equipment and post-equipment(p<0.01).6 case have achieved therapeutic walking ability,13 case have achicved domestic walking ability and 11 case have achieved outdoor walking ability.Conclusion:In the rehabilitation of spinal cord injury patients,waliking orthosis combined with functional training can improve the abilities of ADL and walking.更多还原
