全液压辊式矫直技术及耐磨板的矫直对策
Hydraulic Roller Levelling Technology and Levelling Method of Wear-resisting Plate

【摘要】 随着中厚板厂家新品种的开发力度加大,尤其是高强耐磨板的生产,如何提高高强耐磨板的不平度精度及消除或减小残余应力,对中厚板的矫直机提出了更高的要求。本文通过中厚板全液压矫直机的技术特点介绍,分析了耐磨板在矫直过程中的特性,认为仅依赖结构参数难以满足目前的高强度钢的矫直,必须辅以弯曲与张力的结合,才能对耐磨钢板进行有效矫直。
【Abstract】 As new variety of steel development quickly in Plate Mill,the wear-resisting plate precision of flatness and residual stress is a key problem for the leveler.The paper introduce technology character of plate hydraulic leveler,analysis leveling deformation of plate with high strength,think structure parameters is not satisfy levelling demand of wear-resisting plate,only combination of bend and strength can effect levelling quality.
