木屑浸提物的荧光光谱分析

【摘要】 木屑是各种刑事案件和交通事故案件现场常见的微量物证。本论文利用荧光光谱法、一阶导数光谱法对28种不同树种的木屑浸提物进行了比较,确定了利用荧光光谱法鉴定木屑种类的依据。
【Abstract】 The wood chip is the common trace evidence in most scenes of criminal cases and traffic accidents.This paper mainly researched on the extract of the common chip by the means of Fluorescence spectroscopy analysis.We compared the fluorescence spectrum and the first derivative of the special characteristics of the peak of 28 different species.Finally,the fluorescence spectrum method was developed for the identification of the type of the wood chip.
