【摘要】 目前氯偏树脂世界上三大阻隔材料之一,以其优异的阻隔性能被广泛的应用在食品,药物,金属防腐,建筑等领域。根据对PVDC综合性能的要求,经确定采用PVDC/VC/AA/BA四元共聚体系,配比为72:22:1.5:4.5,采用SLS/OP-10复配乳化体系,制得胶乳固含为55%,胶乳粒径为140nm,呈单峰分布。3个月乳液无沉淀,稳定,性能基本无变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently,PVDC resin is one of the world’s three major barrier materials,with its excellent barrier properties are widely used in food,drugs,metal corrosion,construction and other fields.Based on the requirements of PVDC comprehensive performance,it is identified by PVDC / VC / AA / BA system,ratio of 72:22:1.5:4.5 and by SLS/OP-10 complex emulsion system.The dispersion mixture generally contains solid material in a proportion of 55%.Latex size is 140nm and shows a single peak.No precipitation was observed after 3 months and it is basically unchanged.更多还原
