纤维复合材料固化成型过程中的变形分析

【摘要】 <正>纤维增强复合材料在固化过程中产生的变形是其成本居高不下和质量不稳定的重要原因之一。随着复合材料应用领域的日益广泛,依靠传统的经验和小尺寸试件试验方法难以从根本上解决目前生产中存在的质量问题。采用数值模拟方法,研究复合材料结构件固化过程,进而预测固化变形,对于缩短研制周期、降低生产成本、实现复合材料结构件的优化设计/制
【Abstract】 In the curing process of fiber composite materials,the process-induced deformation is one of the factors influencing its cost and quality.With the growing applications of composite materials, only relying on the traditional experience and small size specimen test methods is difficult to fundamentally solve the quality problem in production.The numerical simulation of the curing process to predict the curing deformation is an effective way for shortening the development cycle, reducing production costs and achieving the optimum design / manufacturing of the composite materials.The curing process is simulated by means of the finite element method,and the process-induced deformation for thermoset composites is analyzed numerically.
