LCP/低熔点尼龙6共混物结晶行为与耐热性能研究

【Abstract】 Hybrid composite systems consisting of low melting point polyamide 6(LMPA6) and liquid crystalline polymer(LCP) was prepared.When LCP phr above 5 through to fibrillation of LCP proved by SEMs the flexural strength and flexural modulus increased in blends.The additions of LCP influence the crystallization of LPA6,a small amount of LCP can increase the crystal temperature and crystalline of LPA6 while the LCP phr was 20 the crystal temperature and crystalline decreased.As the addition of LCP also increased the Vicat softening point of blends with the increase of LCP content the Vicat softening point was decreased in relief which was correspondence with DSC.
