【摘要】 目的:了解4家结核病专科医院对住院肺结核患者的报告、转诊以及抗结核治疗方案,为加强结核病专科医院参与结核病防治工作提供科学依据。方法 :采用横断面调查研究设计,通过调查问卷收集住院肺结核患者相关数据,并使用4个评价指标进行分析:报告率、转诊率和治疗方案不正确率。结果 :对4家结核病专科医院中的597例住院肺结核患者进行了病案和随访调查,医院对这些患者的总体报告率为93%、总体转诊率为54%;初治肺结核患者中仅有65例被采用国家结核病防治规划所推荐的标准化疗方案,86%初治患者的抗结核治疗方案不正确;结论:尽管结核病专科医院的数量不多,但他们对结核病控制工作的影响不容忽视,亟待规范专科医院对结核病患者的诊疗行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To identify the status of inpatients in four tuberculosis (TB) specialist hospitals,including case reporting,referring,prescriptions and treatment outcome,for involving TB hospitals in TB control. Methods:This research conducted a descriptive cross - sectional study with data collection by questionnaires,and four indicators were calculated to describe the reporting,referring,prescriptions and treatment outcome of inpatients in the four TB hospitals. Result:Among the 597 inpatients,the overall rate of case reporting and referring was 93%and 54%respectively;65 new inpatients were prescribed with the standard regimen recommended by World Health Organization,and the overall rate of the inappropriate prescriptions was 52%;and the overall treatment success rate was 46%. Conclusion:Although the amount of TB hospitals in China is small,the impact of them on TB control can not be neglected.It is urgent to make TB hospitals follow the standards of TB care.更多还原
