【摘要】 为了开发出价格合理、服用性能良好、玉石纤维功能性突出的锦纶基玉石纤维针织混纺纱。选用1.27dtex锦纶基玉石纤维长丝,1.67dex粘胶纤维长丝混纺,设计了4种混纺比例,3种捻度比例。通过测试这些纱线编织成的针织横机纬针面料的凉感指标和服用性能指标,并结合数学模糊评价的理论对测试的各项指标进行评价,再结合纱线价格和玉石纤维功能性突出的要求优化得出锦纶基玉石纤维与黏胶混纺纱以混纺比50:50,捻度600捻/米为最佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to develop a reasonable price,good wearability,the functional prominent of Jade nylon-based fibers knitting yarn.This paper selected 1.27dtex Jade nylon-based fibers,1.67dex viscose filament,and twist them into a yarn, designed four kinds of blending ratio and three kinds of twist ratio.By testing Cool sense of indicators and use performance indicators of the fabric which was knitted by the flat knitting machine.And combined mathematics fuzzy evaluation theory to evaluate these indicators.Considering prices of yarn and jade functional the results show that the blend ratio of 50:50,twist ratio of 600/m is the best.更多还原
