微囊藻毒素和阿特拉津复合污染对鲤鱼的毒理效应

【摘要】 蓝藻水华产生的微囊藻毒素MC和水环境中广泛存在的除草剂阿特拉津会对水生动物产生潜在的危害,相关研究集中在高浓度胁迫下的急性毒理学研究,低浓度下的单一MC-LR及其与阿特拉津复合污染的毒理学研究较少报道。本文以中国淡水环境中常见的幼龄鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio L。)为对象,研究了MC-LR与阿特拉对其单一和联合生态毒理学效应。结果表明,MC-LR和阿特拉津暴露下,鲤鱼肝脏内的自由基升高,但可以通过抗氧化系统及其他清除机制而产生自身修复,活性氧浓度变化导致抗氧化酶如SOD、CAT、GST、GPx产生相应的变化趋势,且复合污染对氧化应激的效应非简单的加和作用。5ug/L MC-LR作用使鱼体肝脏丙二醛MDA升高。这些结果表明了低浓度下的MC-LR及阿特拉津暴露可能造成的毒理学上的影响,为复合污染研究提供了思路,但所得的复合污染的效应较为复杂,仍需以后研究进一步探索。

【Abstract】 Microcystin produced by cyanobacteria bloom and generally existent herbicide atrazine in the aquatic environment can pose potential risk to the aquatic organisms.Related studies focus on the acute toxicology at high doses.Studies on toxicity of single MC-LR and its combination with atrazine at low concentrations are relative few.In this study,we selected the juvenile carps(Cyprinus carpio L.) which are common in Chinese freshwater environment as test organism and the toxicological effects of combined pollution of microcystin and atrazine on juvenile carps were investigated.Results demonstrate that MC-LR and atrazine could induce the enhancement of ROS in the fish liver,which could be regulated by self-restoring through antioxidative system or other cleaning mechanisms.The increasing activated ROS initiated the responding change trends of antioxidative enzymes such as SOD,CAT and GST,and GSH.And meanwhile the effects of combined pollutants were not the simple synergistic effects.MDA was significantly induced under 5 ug/L MC exposure.The above results indicate the toxicological effects of single MC-LR and its combination with atrazine at environmentally relevant concentrations to juvenile carps indirectly and confirm the possible ecological impacts of exposure to MC-LR and atrazine at low concentrations which provides some idea in the combined pollution research area.However,the tendency of obtained effects of combined pollution is complicated and further studies will be needed in the future.
