小分子二元酸/酚醛树脂共聚炭化制备多孔炭材料

【摘要】 以酚醛树脂(PF)为炭前驱体,以小分子二元脂肪酸(DA)为致孔链段,利用聚合物共聚炭化法制备了双电层电容器用多孔炭材料.通过红外和热重分析证实小分子二元酸与酚醛树脂发生了化学反应,DA以链段或支链的形式存在于酚醛树脂固化体系网络当中,并在后续炭化过程中热解选出。氮气吸附结果表明酚醛树脂固化体系中的小分子二元酸起到了一定的造孔作用,随着DA加入量增加,多孔炭比表面积先增大后减小,当PF/DA质量比为3/1时比表面积最大,为550 cm~2/g,孔容为0.27cm~3/g。采用直流充放电法、交流阻抗法和循环伏安法测定以上述多孔炭为电极材料的双电层电容器的电化学性能,PF/DA质量比为3/1时制得的多孔炭电极在30%KOH电解液中比电容为145F/g,电流密度增大50倍,比电容保持率达到70%。
【Abstract】 Porous carbon material used for EDLC were prepared by chemical blending of phenolic resin(PF) and adipic diacid(DA).Chemical reaction of PF with diacid was manifested by a shift of carbonyl stretching peak of diacid to a higher frequency in FT-IR spectra and a higher decomposition temperature of diacid in TG curves.The influences of the ratio of DA to PF on pore structure,adsorption behavior and capacity performance were investigated.The specific surface area and total pore volume increase with the ratio of DA to PF at first and then decrease,at the 3 ratio value of PF to DA the value are maximum,which was 550 cm~2/g and 0.27cm~3/g respectively.When used for the electrodes of EDLC,they exhibited good capacitance characteristics in 30 wt%KOH aqueous electrolytes and showed high specific capacitances of 145F/g and the capacitance maintenance achieve 70%after the current density was enlarged 50 times.
