苜蓿抗褐斑病遗传规律的初步研究

【摘要】 以6个高抗褐斑病的苜蓿单株(I0601R,I0602R,SH0601R,SH0602R,SR0601R,SR0602R),6个高感褐斑病的苜蓿单株(SH0601S,SH0602S,SH0603S,J0601S,J0602S,J0603S)以及4个中抗褐斑病的苜蓿单株(I0601M,I0602M,SH0601M,SH0602M)为材料,经杂交、回交建立F1与BC1等世代群体。采用实验室人工接种苜蓿假盘菌的方法对各群体进行抗性鉴定,统计各群体抗、感植株数,并利用卡方测验对各群体的抗、感分离比进行检测。结果表明,苜蓿褐斑病抗性由一对显性基因控制,可能存在多个微效基因共同作用。

【Abstract】 The F1 and BC1 populations were obtained by crossing and backcrossing of six highly-resistant alfalfa plants-I0601R,I0602R,SH0601R,SH0602R,SR0601R,SR0602R,six highly-susceptible plants-SH0601S, SH0602S,SH0603S,J0601S,J0602S,J0603S,and four moderate-resistant plants-I0601M,I0602M, SH0601M,SH0602M.The resistance to common leaf spot(CLS)disease for the F1 and BC1 population was evaluated by artificial inoculation.The number of the resistant or susceptible plants were counted.The ratio of the resistant plants to susceptible plants in the segregating population was tested by Chi-square test.The results showed that the resistance to CLS in alfalfa was controlled by a pair of dominant genes,which may be interacted by several minor genes.
