【摘要】 研究了铽对Fe83Ga17合金磁致伸缩性能的影响。结果显示,Fe83Ga17Tb0.2(at%)在高场下能够产生500ppm的磁致伸缩;铽没有固溶于Fe83Ga17合金基体相A2相中,而是富集于晶界;X射线衍射结果及扫描电镜照片显示:铽促进了Fe83Ga17合金〈100〉织构的形成。Fe83Ga17合金加铽后,高场下磁致伸缩的增加与晶界的形态、晶界的相组成和结构的变化有关。
【Abstract】 The effect of Tb on the magnetostriction of Fe83Ga17(at%) alloys were investigated,results show that Fe83Ga17Tb0.2 can produce magnetostrictions of 500 ppm in high field,Tb is not solutionizing in A2 phase,but beneficiated in boundary,(100) texture was observed by XRD and SEM,The reason of increasing on magnetostrictions for Fe83Ga17Tbx in high field was connected with the configuration(arborescent structure)、composing and lattice structure of boundary.
