【摘要】 在前人的基础上,对HPLC测定植物激素的方法进行了改进,建立了一种快速、高效的测定脱落酸(ABA)和赤霉素(GA)的方法。测定了不同遮阴强度下高羊茅叶片中的赤霉素和脱落酸的含量。结果显示,随着遮阴强度的加大,植物的赤霉素含量显示先上升后下降的趋势,而脱落酸则呈现持续上升的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effect of escalating shading stress on gibberellin acid(GA) and abscisic acid(ABA) content in Festuca arundinacea was studied with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that gibberellin acid increased firstly when light intensity was reduced,and then decreased due to the reduction of chloroplast numbers and plant senescing.ABA content showed continuous increment upon decreasing light intensities.更多还原
