【摘要】 为了研究家蚕核型多角体病毒(Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus,BmNPV)中gp41和Da26蛋白的功能,从BmNPV的基因组中克隆了gp41和Da26基因。克隆到杆状病毒转座载体pFastBac-GFP中,构建成重组转座载体pFastBac-GFP-gp41和pFastBac-GFP-Da26,利用杆状病毒表达系统(Bac-to-Bac)筛选重组杆状病毒,在家蚕细胞BmN中进行了表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the function of gp41 and Da26 proteins in Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus (BmNPV),the gp41 and Da26 were cloned from the BmNPV genome and inserted into a transfer vector pFastBac-GFP,then the recombination baculovirus pFastBac-GFP-gp41 and pFastBac-GFP-Da26 were obtained.The recombination baculovirus was selected by Bac-to-Bac,and expressed in BmN.更多还原
