RAMAN光谱方法测定碳纤维应力

【摘要】 通过拉曼光谱仪对自制高强度碳纤维的不同拉伸情况进行了测量,实验验证了碳纤维拉伸应变与拉曼峰的频移量的近线性关系结论,并确定了应力因子。理论推导及实验测量胶片均得到应力因子k=-486.7GPa.mm。结果表明拉曼光谱法在微结构应力的定量测量上是一种很有效的手段,这种研究应力的方法可以应用在纺织、生物、材料等方面。
【Abstract】 After high intensity carbon fiber is made,the different spectral of the carbon fiber are obtained by Raman spectroscopy.The approximate linearity relationship of the carbon fiber tensile strain and Raman shift is validated and given the stress factor.The theoretic and experimental results all show that the factor is -486.7GPa.mm.The experiment results also show that the Raman spectroscopy is a very effective method in the residual stress measurement about the microstructure.This method that measure residual stress by Raman shift could be used in textile,biology,materials etc..
