消癥丸对小鼠子宫肌瘤影响的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:观察消癥丸对雌激素负荷小鼠子宫肌瘤的影响。方法:采用雌激素肌注的方法,建立小鼠子宫肌瘤模型。ICR雌性小鼠,分为6组:正常对照组、模型对照组、消癥丸三个剂量组(750mg·kg-1、1000mg·kg-1、1250mg·kg-1)、桂枝茯苓胶囊组(434mg·kg-1),连续15天。末次给药后,小鼠处死,解剖,取子宫精密称重,计算脏器系数,进行病理组织学检查。结果:子宫肌瘤小鼠,子宫重量明显增加,瘤样增生显著。与模型对照组比较,消癥丸(1250mg·kg-1)能降低子宫重量、子宫脏器系数、子宫内膜厚度(p<0.01~0.05);消癥丸(1000mg·kg-1)能降低子宫内膜厚度(p<0.05);消癥丸三个剂量组均能不同程度地降低子宫腺腔面积、腺腔周长、腺腔宽度、腺腔高度,改善子宫的病理组织形态学。结论:消癥丸有抗子宫肌瘤的作用,改善病理组织形态。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the Xiaozhengwan’s anti-hysteromyoma effect in estrogen-burden mice. Methods:Hysteromyoma mice model was made by intermascular injection of estrogen. ICR mice,female, was randomly divided into six groups:Normal control group; Model control group; XZW-low group; Xiaozhengwan1 (XZW)-middle group; XZW-high group; GZFL group, last 15 day.The uterus was removed and weighed critically, calculated the organ coefficient, and histopathology examination was done. Results:In hysteromyoma mice, the weight of Estrogen-burden mice’s uterus was markedly increased, tumor-like hyperplasia obviously. Compared with model control groups, the high-dose group (1250 mg·kg-1) of XZW can decrease the weight and the organ coefficient of uterine (P<0.05~0.01); for the tumor-like hyperplasia of uterine, the moderate-dose group and high-dose group can decrease the mean uterine wall thickness (MUWT) and mean endometrium thickness (MET) (P<0.05~0.01); for the pathohistological characteristics of uterine, the moderate-dose group and high-dose group can make smooth muscle cell arranged regularly, hyperplasia decreased, glands in the endometrium decreased, the amount of blood vessels decreased. Conclusion:Xiaozhengwan had the a anti-hysteromyoma effect , improve the pathohistological characteristics of uterine.
