【摘要】 目的:通过临床药师参与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的治疗实践,探讨药师在临床治疗中发挥的作用。方法:临床药师协助医师为患者制定个体化治疗方案,并为患者建立药历,关注患者用药期间所出现的不良反应,提供合理的药学服务和健康教育计划。结果:通过临床药师参与COPD药物治疗实践,避免了潜在的治疗风险,提高了患者用药的疗效。总结:药师参与临床药物治疗实践,有利于提高临床药物治疗水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:The objective of this essay was to investigate the practice and role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment for patients with COPD. Method:The clinical pharmacists assisted physicians in making individual treatment planning and established medication record for patients. Also the provided reasonable pharmaceutical services and health education programs with the attention of adverse reactions during the medication in patients. Results:By the involvements of clinical pharmacists in the treatment, the therapeutic efficacy was increased and the potential risk of drug therapy for COPD was decreased. Conclusion:Involvement of clinical pharmacists in therapeutic practice could improve the safety and efficacy of pharmacotherapy.更多还原
