柞树的化学成分研究

【摘要】 目的研究柞树叶和柞树枝的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和制备高效液相色谱等分离方法,分别对干燥柞树叶和柞树枝乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果从柞树叶乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了9个单体化合物;从柞树枝中分离鉴定了6个单体化合物。结论柞树叶中有5个化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到,柞树枝中有5个化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Study on the chemical constituents of the leaves and twigs of Q. mongolica Fisch. METHODS The extracts of EtOH of the dried leaves and twigs of Q. mongolica were isolated and purified by using silica gel column and HPLC. The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by analysis of spectroscopic data. RESULTS Compounds 1~ 9 were isolated from the leaves and 10~15 were isolated from the twigs of this plant. CONCLUSION As the results, five compounds from the leaves and five ones from the twigs were isolated from this plant for the first time.
