【摘要】 目的考察5F-Na盐注射液其对荷S180型肉瘤小鼠的抑制作用。方法将所制备的5F-Na盐注射液分为高、中、低三个剂量组:25mg·kg-1,50mg·kg-1,100mg·kg-1,以小鼠S180型肉瘤实体瘤和腹水瘤为模型检测其体内抗癌活性。结果 5F-Na盐注射液25mg·kg-1,50mg·kg-1,100mg·kg-1三个剂量组对S180型肉瘤实体瘤的抑制率分别为16.53±4.90%,48.13%±11.09%,63.04±6.76%,对腹水瘤的生命延长率分别为42.24±25.66%,74.55±23.31%,141.86±13.91%。结论本研究用的5F-Na盐注射液对小鼠S180型肉瘤的生长有明显抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe of the antitumor effect 5F-Na injection on S180 sarcoma in mices treated with 5F-Na injection in vivo.Methods The 5F-Na injection were divided into three groups:25 mg?kg-1(low),50 mg?kg-1(median),100 mg?kg-1(high) to test the antitumor activity in mice modle with transplanted S180 solid tumor or ascites tumor. Result After treated with 5F-Na injection ip.,the tumor inhibition rates of Low, Median, High dose were 16.53±4.90%,48.13%±11.09%,63.04±6.76% respectively. And the prolonging life rates of Low,Median,High dose were 42.2%±25.66%,74.55±23.31%,141.86±13.91% respectively. Conclusion The 5F-Na injection could inhibit the growth of subcutaneous transplanted S180 sarcoma in mice.更多还原
