紫丁香化学成分研究

【摘要】 目的研究紫丁香不同部位的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、半制备HPLC以及重结晶等分离方法,分别对紫丁香树叶、花蕾、果壳以及紫丁香籽的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到包括环烯醚萜、三萜、甾体、裂环环烯醚萜及其二聚体、羟烷基(烷基)苯酚和木质素类等30个单体化合物。结论 1β-hydroxy-3α-methoxy-6-oxo-7β-methyl-1,3,4,4α,5,6,7,7α-octahydrocyclopenta[c]pyran-4β-carboxylic-4-hydroxyphenethylester(3)和1β-ethyl-3α-hydroxy-6-oxo-7β-methyl-1,3,4,4α,5,6,7,7α-octahydrocyclopenta[c]pyran-4β-carboxylic-4-hydroxy-phenethylester(4)为未见报道的新化合物。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE This paper is to research the chemical constituents of different parts of Syringa oblata Lindl. METHODS The Silica gel column chromatography, HPLC and recrystallization experiments were used to analysis and purify the EtOAc and n-BuOH extracts of the leaves, buds, seedcases, and seeds of S. oblata. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified by the analysis of chemical and spectral data. RESULTS Thirty iridoid, triterpene, steroid, secoiridoid and its dimers, alkylphenol, lignin type compounds were isolated. CONCLUSION Two new compounds 1β-hydroxy-3α-methoxy-6-oxo-7β- methyl-1,3,4,4,5,6,7,7α-octahydrocyclopentacpyran-4β-carboxylic-4-hydroxyphenethyl ester (3) and 1β-ethyl- 3α-hydroxy-6-oxo-7β-methyl-1,3,4,4α,5,6,7,7α-octahydrocyclopentacpyran-4β-carboxylic-4-hydroxy-phenethyl ester (4) were identified.
