【摘要】 目的:介绍甲磺酸帕珠沙星的配伍禁忌及不良反应的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:通过检索维普中文数据库、CNKI数据库近八年的甲磺酸帕珠沙星药物不良反应及与其他药物的配伍禁忌报道进行综述。结果:甲磺酸帕珠沙星与多种药物存在配伍禁忌,主要表现为与β-内酰胺类抗生素较多,会导致多种不同的不良反应。结论:临床用药过程应重视甲磺酸帕珠沙星与其他药物的配伍禁忌,并且重视可能发生的不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Introducing the general rules and features of incompatibility and adverse reactions with Pazufloxacin Mesylate, Providing a instruction for clinical medication. Methods:Making a summary about Pazufloxacin mesylate adverse drug reactions and incompatibility with other drugs, by search VIP Chinese database and CNKI database in nearly eight years. Results:The Pazufloxacin Mesylate has incompatibility with many other drugs, mainly with β-lactam antibiotics and it will lead to a variety of adverse reactions. Conclusion:The clinical medication should be paid attention to Pazufloxacin Mesylate incompatibility with other drugs, and be careful the possible adverse reactions.更多还原
