丹参无机元素特征及其生长土壤理化性质的研究

【摘要】 目的了解丹参无机元素特征及其生长土壤质量状况。方法:采用实地考察和室内化学分析测定丹参生长土壤的理化性质和药材的无机元素含量,所得数据用STATA统计软件进行分析。结果丹参生长土壤主为弱碱性至中性,土壤有机质属轻度贫瘠,K含量属严重贫瘠。Cu、Zn、Cd、Cr、As、Pb符合一级土壤标准仅4个,4个产地的Pb为二级标准,13产地的Cd为三级土壤标准。丹参对K、Cd、Cu、Co、As均有不同程度的富集能力,尤对K、Cd的富集能力较强;道地产区丹参的无机元素特征是Fe/Mn值≥1.6,Zn/Cu值≥1.4;丹参药材的Pb(2个产地)、Cd(20个产地)、As(8个产地)不符合中国药典要求。结论丹参生长土壤退化和有害元素污染严重,药材存在不同程度的重金属污染。
【Abstract】 Objectiv:To study the characteristics of inorganic elements of Salvia miltiorrhiza root and the quality status of their correspondingly soil. Mathods:On-the-spot investigation and in door chemical analysis were made to study the physicoehemical properties of correspondingly soil, and content of inorganic elements of S. miltiorrhiza root, and obtained data were analysed with STATA 10.0 software. Results:S. miltiorrhiza grow in alkaline to neutral soil, organic matter(OM) is mild barren, K element content is a serious poor. Soil heavy metal elements (Cu、Zn、Cd、Cr、As、Pb) in 4 samples is conform to first-class, Pb element in 4 samples to second-class Pb element in 13 samples is conform to third-class by the Chinese National Soil Standard. It can concentrate elements(Cu、Zn、Cd、Cr、As、Pb), the enrichment level of all the five heavy metal elements was found different, especially for elements( K, Cd) can be strongly concentrate.The elements ratio(Fe/Mn ≥ 1.6, Zn/Cu≥1.4) of geoherbs of S. miltiorrhiza root distinct from the non-geoherbs, but contents of heavy metals elements Pb (2 sample), Cd (20 sample), As (8 sample) are higher than the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusions:The soil degradation and pollution of harmful elements is serious. The pollution of harmful elements are different in the herb of Salviae Miltiorrhirae Radix.
