【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To set up standards of the management of nosocomial infections in each clinical department of the whole hospital,and to continuous improve it in quality. METHODS To guide the regular management of the clinical departments with the Handbook of Nosocomial Infections Management using appropriate forms,and evaluate the final result of the nosocomial infections management. RESULTS The awareness of infection prevention and control significantly improved,the rules and regulations will be strengthen,the infections rate will be lower,the hand health can be strengthen, the clinical application of antibiotics will be more reasonable.The average infection rate was 2.58% during 2008-2010,and the clinical Antibiotics use rate was 31.60%,the ICU hand sanitizer was consumed 49.42ml/bed/day,and the hand disinfectant was consumed 23.18ml/bed/day. CONCLUSIONS The handbook of nosocomial infections management is useful to improve the quality of nosocomial infections management in the clinical departments.更多还原
