【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA ) was the most important pathogenic bacteria in hospital infection with high lethality and affected the heathy of patients.By target decting and intervening measures,to decrese the infection rate of MRSA and inprove the quality of medical cares. METHODS According to the detection of MRSA from the system LIS of our hospital,combined with clinical to judged the infection was hosital infection or community acquired infection,supervised and directed clinical interventions put into practice. RESULTS The hospital infection rate of MRSA decresed obviously from 2008 to 2010,and primary drug resistance improved year by year. CONCLUSION The implement of comprehensive intervening measures could reduce the hospital infection rate of MRSA and improve health care quality.更多还原
