【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlative factors and drug-resistance of nosocomial infections with Multidrug-Resistant Acinetobacter baumannii. METHODS Using the way of forward-looking and reviewing to do Comprehensive analysis for the case of Multidrug-Resistant Acinetobacter baumannii and full drug-Resistant Acinetobacter baumannii happened in our hospital druing 22nd Jan,2008 to 28th Dec,2010. RESULTS Among the infection sufferers of Multidrus-Resistant Acinetobacter baumannii,pulmonary infection combining multi-basic diseases occupied 36.5%,recurring traumatic fracture occupied 42.9%, being hospitalized in ICU occupied 73%,63%undergone surgery,there are 38.1-54%making all kinds of invasive operation with mixed bacterial infection occupied 69.9%.The infection rate of hospital is 60.3% and the total death rate is 31.7%,the death rate incurred by pulmonary infection is up to 71.4%.The acinetobacter baumannii with high drug-resistance rate is imipenem(31.7%),sulperazono sulbactew(37.1%), and other antibacterial(78.4-100%). CONCLUSIONS Strengthen all-directional prevention and control to nosocomial infections with Multidrug-Resistant Acinetobacter baumannii especially to monitor ICU is urgently needed.更多还原
