【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence rate of nosocomial infection and the current situation of antibiotics usage. METHODS Questionnaires were filled in for patients of Hospital during the survey days.In the questionnaire,nosocomial infection and antibiotics usage data were collected based on bedside investigation and case history investigation. RESULTS 1573 patients were surveyed.Out of them,75 cases of nosocomial infection were reported. The prevalence rate is 4.76%.The most common infection parts are Respiratory tract(53.5%),Urinary tract(9.5%),Operative wound(5.9%),and Gastrointestinal tract(4.8%). CONCLUSIONS Prevalence rate investigation reflects the current situation of nosocomial infection.The infection rate of Zhongnan Hospital is within the normal range.The ratio of Respiratory tract infections(53.5%) is a bit high.The usage rate of antibiotics(50.4%) tend to be reasonable,but some departments of the hospital have a bit high rate of Prophylactic medication.Proper use of antibiotics should be emphasized.The most important task now is to control respiratory tract infection.更多还原
