双闭环测控技术在微型医用手术钻中的应用

【摘要】 直流无刷电机实用中有时要求其转速与扭矩能够平稳可调,但这两者之间存在互相制约的矛盾,难以控制到位。对比了转速与扭矩现有测控方案的优劣,提出了双闭环测控方案,实现了电机转速与扭矩恒定可调的设计要求。以微型医用无刷直流电机手术钻为研究对象,阐述了系统设计方案,对转速环设计和扭矩脉动抑制方法进行了分析研究,实现了在转速恒定的条件下扭矩可调,在扭矩恒定的情况下转速可调的目的。该微型无刷电机手术钻可用于口腔种植牙手术、颌面骨科整形相关手术中,有广泛的应用价值。
【Abstract】 It’s usually necessary for the speed and torque of BLDCM to be stable and adjustable in practice,but the two constraints which conflict with each other is difficult to control in place.This paper compared the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods between the speed and torque,proposed dual-closed-loop control technology to achieve the requirements of constant and adjustable motor speed and torque in design. Taking a medical micro-drilling brushless motor for example,this paper described the system design,analyzed the monitoring methods of the speed loop and the torque ring and realized the purpose of keeping the torque adjustable in conditions of constant speed and the speed adjustable in conditions of constant torque.Micro brushless motor operation of the drill can be used for oral implant surgery,facial plastic surgery related to orthopedic surgery,has extensive application value.
