【摘要】 目的:了解南京市医疗机构的医务人员的吸烟,控烟状况,为下一阶段的控烟工作提供参考依据。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法,对抽中的南京市医疗卫生机构和卫生行政部门的工作人员进行调查。结果:共调查了1165名医务工作人员,男性442人,女性723人。现吸烟率为16.9%,男性现吸烟率43.0%,≥50岁年龄组现吸烟率明显高于其他年龄组。医生接诊时,有48.4%的医生会经常建议病人戒烟或少吸。Logistic回归分析结果显示,医务人员的控烟能力与自身是否吸烟(OR=1.893～8.809)和参加控烟知识培训次数(OR=1.195～1.888)相关。结论:控烟措施应该首先在医疗卫生机构实施,降低医务人员吸烟率,并加强控烟能力建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Find out tobacco control status of medical institutions among the medical personnel in Nanjing,provide the reference for the next phase of the tobacco control.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the medical personnel selected by stratified cluster random sampling from public health bureau, CDC and hospitals in Nanjing.Results 1165 cases(442 were male,723 were female) were surveyed.The current smoking rate was 16.9%.The current smoking rate of male doctors was 43.0%.The smoking rate aged 50～years old was significantly higher than those of other age groups.When giving treatments,48.4%of doctors will give an suggestion of quiting smoking or smoking less.Tobacco control ability of medical personnel is related to their smoking status(OR=1.893～8.809)and the conditions of paticipating tobacco control knowledge trainings(OR=1. 195～1.888).Conclusion Tobacco control should be implemented first in the medical institutions,to reduce the smoking rate of Medical personnel,and to strengthen their smoking control ability.更多还原
