【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗及药学服务模式。方法根据胰岛素治疗的研究进展,结合本院用药情况,交流门诊药房药学服务主要内容。结果与结论通过对糖尿病患者开展药学服务,帮助患者正确认识胰岛素治疗,以及早期应用胰岛素的益处和必要性。及时发现并解决实际存在的用药问题,防止潜在用药问题的发生,从而使糖尿病患者达到更好的血糖控制,预防各种急慢性并发症的发生和发展。提高其生活质量,避免或减少糖尿病相关性死亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate insulin treatment and pharmacy service in diabetic patients.METHODS In accordance with the progress of insulin treatment,pharmacy services were propagated,based on current situation of our hospital.RESULTS & CONCLUSION Pharmacy service was given to diabetic patients were helped to find a correct understanding about insulin treatment,as well as the benefits and necessity of early use.It could detect and address the real drug problem,prevent potential problems of drug use,achieve better blood glucose control,and prevented acute and chronic complications.Pharmacy service would help patients to improve their quality of life and avoid or reduce diabetes-related death.更多还原
