建筑工程专业基于毕业与就业零过渡教学模式的初探

【摘要】 建筑工程专业毕业生的就业日趋严峻,企业对毕业生的要求和高校所培养毕业生的能力存在偏差。文章从教学计划、教材使用、课程设计、学生实习以及加强"编外"教师队伍建设四方面进行教学改革,实现建筑工程专业毕业与就业零过渡。

【Abstract】 The situation of obtaining employment is severely difficult for graduates in architectural engineering major. There is deviation between enterprises’ request for graduates and colleges’ ability to cultivate graduates.By means of teaching reform of teaching plan,teaching material usage,curriculum design,internships for students and strengthening team of"off-staff"construction,the smooth transition from graduation to employment for architectural engineering major should be achieved.
