生物质催化热解催化剂稳定性考察
STABILITY OF THE CATALYST FOR BIOMASS CATALYTIC PYROLYSIS

【摘要】 通过喷动床-固定床两步法生物质催化热解工艺研究了HUSY/γ-Al2O、HZSM-5/γ-Al2O3、NiMoHUSY/γ-Al2O3和NiMoHZSM-5/γ-Al2O34种催化剂的结焦性能、活性稳定性和再生活性。结果表明,催化剂酸性越强,其产焦率越高,且过强的催化剂酸性不利于主要产物选择性的提高;催化剂B酸位在反应初期就基本失活,L酸在随后的反应中起主要催化作用;催化剂失活在很大程度上属于不可再生失活。故应研究适合于生物质催化热解的具有特殊孔结构、弱酸性和高活性稳定性的催化剂。
【Abstract】 The reaction activity,regeneration activity and coking properties of HUSY/γ-Al2O3, HZSM-5/γ-Al2O3,NiMoHUSY/γ-Al2O3 and NiMoHZSM-5/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were investigated in biomass catalytic pyrolysis,which is a two-step process combing fixed-bed and spouted-bed reactors.The results showed that the stronger catalyst acidity will lead to higher char yield,and excessively strong catalyst acidity is unfavorable to the improvement of the product selectivity.The Bronsted acid sites deactivate in the beginning of the reaction and Lewis acid sites play the main role in the following reactions.As the deactivation of the catalysts is mostly irreversible,the novel catalyst with special pore structure,relative weak acidity and high hydrothermal stability should be developed for biomass catalytic pyrolysis.
