不锈钢包层钢筋轧制模拟过程中接触面的处理方法

【摘要】 目前,采用有限元软件,在计算机模拟包层金属轧制过程中,对于结合面接触处理没有一个统一的方法。常用的有3种方法:接触面直接接触、接触面粘结、接触面共节点。这3种都是机械的主观的对接触情况进行确定,不符合实际情况。在包层金属轧制过程中,结合面的接触情况受到温度,压力等因素的影响,因此简单的判断是不合理的。本文基于不锈钢/碳钢包层棒材的轧制过程,应用MSC.MARC软件,开发子程序,通过分析接触面上节点的接触法向应力值来判定两金属的接触情况。结果显示,粘结和共节点方法限制了接触面两侧金属的流动,而程序控制的金属产生的轴向和周向的流动,接触单元不会产生撕扯,接触面在变形区节点的接触法向应力大部分都达到不锈钢的屈服极限,说明如果拉应力小于碳钢屈服强度这些节点不会与接触面分离。最后,对比分析了四种接触处理方法轧制后接触面和芯部的温度分布规律,说明节点的共用或粘合,影响金属变形热的产生。证明应用子程序控制接触情况是最合理的。
【Abstract】 At present,there is not a common processing method for contact treatment in the computer simulation of cladding metal rolling process with FE software.Three methods are used in common:contact surfaces contact directly,contact surfaces adhering together and sharing nodes of contact surfaces.But these three methods are mechanical and subjective in solving the contact problem and not according with the fact.The contact state of interface is influenced by temperature,pressure in the cladding metal rolling process.So,the contact problem should not been solved by simple methods.In this article,a subroutine is compiled for software MSC.Marc base on the rolling process of SS304/Ck15 cladding rod.The contact problem can be solved by analyzing the contact normal stress of nodes in the contact surfaces. The results show that,the methods of sharing nodes and adhering contact surfaces limit the flow of metal which have axial and circumferential slipping with program control.The contact elements are not tensile between each other during the rolling process with subroutine control.The contact normal stress of the most nodes of deformation area in the interface have reach the yield stress of SS304,this shows that the two layers can not separate if the tensile stress is less than the yield stress of Ckl5.At last,the temperature distribution of nodes in the interface and axes of core rod are analyzed comparatively,it suggests that the deformation heat is impacted by using the processing methods of contact surfaces adhering or sharing nodes.All proved that it is reasonable to control the contact using program.
