无线温度测试系统在鸟巢钢结构合拢和卸载施工中的应用

【摘要】 研制开发了钢结构本体温度无线测试系统,对国家体育场即"鸟巢"钢结构的合拢施工和卸载过程进行了现场钢结构本体温度监测。根据均匀分布于鸟巢钢结构本体顶面、立面和立面次结构上的监测点数据,评价了钢结构构件在合拢和卸载施工过程的实际温度状态和分布规律。分析认为,合拢期间钢结构本体温度均满足设计规定的要求,各阶段温度测试数据可为鸟巢钢结构的后续施工应力分析提供依据。所建立的钢结构本体温度无线测试系统可推广应用于类似钢结构工程。
【Abstract】 A radio temperature test system is developed to monitor the temperature on the surface of steel members on site during the fold and unloading construction of National Stadium,Bird-nest steel structure.Based on the data tested from the measure points distributed evenly in the top truss,support truss and their connected members,the paper appraises the real temperature status and distributing orderliness of steel structure members during fold and unloading construction process. Analysis result indicated that the steel body temperature during the fold period satisfied with the design requirment,and all of the tested data can be used as basement to analyze coming construction stress of Bird-nest steel structure.The established radio temperature test system for steel structure body can be spreaded to apply to similar steel structure engineering.
