【摘要】 全民科学素质行动取得一定成果,但其活动总体迟缓和发展不平衡。反思多方面根源,其核心理念,即科学观存在偏斜是不可忽视的重要因素。然而,作为指导思想的马克思主义科学观可是广义的而非狭义的,当代中央领导人也继承和发展了马克思主义的广义科学观。同样,从100年之前皮尔士的实用主义兴起到如今,20世纪的美国等西方国家占主导和主流的也是广义的科学观与科学素质观。特别是以联合国教科文组织为代表、以世界科学大会为标志的国际社会更是以《科学与利用科学知识宣言》的形式倡导"涉及一切科学领域"的宽泛科学观。因此,"全民科学素质行动计划"应当以具有广阔视域的马克思主义科学观为指导,充分借鉴美国"2061计划"的先进经验,认同世纪之交国际社会最新倡导的广义科学理念,实施完整的公民科学素质宣传与教育活动。更多还原

【Abstract】 The scientific quality of achieved some fruits of action,but the activity generally slow and uneven development.Reflect various causes,the core of the idea that there is skewed view of science is an important factor can not be ignored.But,as a guiding ideology of Marxism,but the broad view of science rather than a narrow,three generations of leaders have inherited and developed Marxism broad view of science. Similarly,from a hundred years before the rise of Peirce’s pragmatism to today,the 20th century, the United States and other Western countries and dominated the mainstream scientific view is a broad concept and scientific quality.Especially as the representative of UNESCO,the World Conference on Science as a symbol of the international community more on a "Declaration on Science and the Use of Scientific Knowledge" in the form of advocating "all the science involved," the broad view of science.Thus, at the "National Action Plan for Scientific Literacy," the authorities should have broad Marxist Perspective view of science as a guide to fully draw on the U.S."Project 2061" the advanced experience of the international community agree that the latest turn of the century advocated the scientific concept of generalized implementation of a complete scientific literacy in publicity and education activities.更多还原
