苋菜红碳纳米管电化学传感器的研究

【摘要】 苋菜红在我国是一种允许添加到食品中的合成色素,但当其含量超标时会产生致畸、致癌等重大疾病。因此建立食品中苋菜红的快速、灵敏检测新方法十分重要。目前苋菜红的检测方法主要包括高效液相色谱[1]、光度法[2]、毛细管电泳[3]和极谱法[4]。本文制备了一种多壁碳纳米管(MWNT)薄膜修饰电极,电化学实验表明苋菜红在碳纳米管薄膜表面出现一个高灵敏的氧化峰,且与其浓度线性相关。优化了检测条件,建立了一种测定食品中苋菜红的新电化学方法,其线性检测范围为4×10-8-2.2×10-6M,检测限为3.5×10-8M。11支传感器平行测定的相对标准偏差为5.1%。将此新方法用于饮料中苋菜红的测定,结果与高效液相色谱法吻合。
【Abstract】 Amaranth is a kind of synthetic coloring which can be added to food in China.However it can cause cancer,fetal distortion and other major diseases when it is excessively consumed.Therefore,it is necessary to establish rapid and sensitive analytical method for amaranth.Up-to-now,several methods have been reported for the detection of amaranth including high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),spectrophotometry,capillary electrophoresis and polarography.In this work,an electrochemical sensor for sensitive and convenient determination of amaranth was developed based on the multi-wall carbon nanotube(MWNT) film-modified electrode.A very sensitive oxidation peak is observed at the MWNT film surface,and the peak current is proportional to the concentration of amaranth.The detection conditions were optimized,and a new electrochemical method was then developed for the determination of amaranth in food.The linear range is over the range from 4×10-8 to 2.2×10-6 M,and the limit of detection is 3.5×10-8 M.The RSD for 11 MWNT sensors is evaluated to be 5.1%.Finally,the method was applied to detect amaranth in soft drinks,and the results consist with the HPLC.
