【摘要】 开展了棉花雌雄异熟恢复系64R的选育及遗传分析。结果表明:该系呈现脚低、株矮,铃小、绒短、衣分低,花大、黄花冠、柱头外露和恢复性能良好等特色;既具陆地棉特点,又有海岛棉特征;是典型的海陆型恢复系。对64R测恢F1亲子代性状遗传方式进行分析,株高、衣分和铃重为超显性;节位、绒长和熟性为加性;育性恢复为显性;柱头外露为隐性。由柱头外露和育性恢复两对性状的遗传分析表明:它们分别由一对隐性和一对显性等位基因控制。二者彼此独立,不存在连锁关系。64R的育成为三系配套增添了新的恢复基因源,给打造理想恢复系奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The features and genetic mechanism of dichogamy restorer line of cotton-64Rwere stud-ied,and the results showed it was with many features such as short leg、short plant height、small bolls、short fiber length、low lint,big flower、yellow corolla、exposed stigma and well restoring ability.It has features of both upland cotton and seaisland cotton.According to the detection of F1,the inheritance of 64R’s character were as fellows,plant height,lint and boll weight performed overdominance;node position,fiber length and maturits showed aditivity;restore of its fertility was dominance;stigma exposing was recessive.The genetic analysis on them showed the inheritance of stigma exposing and restore of its fertility were controlled by apair of recessive allele and a pair of dominance allele,the two pairs of allele were independent of each other,not linked.64Ris a new restorer gene source,it will contribute to the breeding of perfect restorer lines of cotton,and bring breakthrough to utilization of heterosis of cotton.更多还原
