真空低温下超声马达转子摩擦材料驱动特性研究

【摘要】 利用内圆固定的盘形行波型超声马达,测试了国内常用的几种超声马达摩擦材料在真空低温(5×10-3Pa、-70℃)苛刻环境下的超声驱动特性,探讨了真空低温环境对摩擦材料的驱动特性影响规律,以指导非常态下超声马达摩擦材料研制。结果表明,在真空和低温下,随环境压强和温度降低,超声马达的转速、转矩均下降,负载特性变差;聚苯脂基摩擦材料的超声驱动特性较优,是较好的真空低温超声马达摩擦材料原料。
【Abstract】 Using 40 disc-type of traveling wave ultrasonic motor(USM) with fixing inner side,the ultrasonic wear properties of Several kinds of friction materials for USM used in common were tested in vacuum and low temperature environments.The influence law of vacuum and low temperature on the driving characteristics of friction materials was discussed,to guide design of friction material for USM in abnormal environment.The results showed that while environment pressure or temperature decreased,its rotational speed and torque went down,and the load characteristics got worse.Ekonol based friction material has better ultrasonic driving characteristics,so it is a better kind of raw material for ultrasonic motor friction material in vacuum and low temperature.
