【摘要】 农村学校合并是各发展中国家为应对财政紧张和教育需求扩大的双重压力而采取的一项重要改革措施。在这一过程中,各国以提高教育质量和促进学校均衡发展为主要目标,依据中心学校拥有的资源数量,通过将各学校进行分组,设计了学校资源共享的不同模式。学区内所有学校均能享用到优质教育资源,极大地促进了教育公平,这为我国新一轮的农村学校布局调整工作提供了经验,值得借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural school cluster is an important innovative policy in order to cope with the double stress of finance intensity and the broaden of education demand.During this process,improving the educational quality and advancing the balanced development of education are took as the main targets by those countries.According as the quantity of resource in the core school,and by the way of school cluster,these countries has designed different model of educational resource sharing.All the school in the district can share them,this has advance the equity,and has provide many experiences for the school mapping restructure in China.更多还原
