【摘要】 与一般的劳动力市场相比,学术劳动力市场具有其内在的独特性,在国内已有研究中,涉及学术劳动力市场及其分割的并不多见,本文在回顾学术劳动力市场分割的相关理论与实证研究基础上,运用2007年全国普通高校专任教师工作状况抽样调查数据,对我国学术劳动力市场的分割进行实证研究,期望了解中国学术劳动力市场是否存在比较明显的分割特征,如果存在,分割的具体表现形式有哪些,哪些特征的高校教师群体更有可能归属于主要或是次要学术劳动力市场,这些探讨有助于进一步分析学术劳动力市场中工资结构的决定因素、探索大学教师工资差异的来源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Compared with other labor markets,academic labor market has its own unique character.Little attention has been given to researches on academic labor market and its segmentation in China.Based on a theoretical and empirical review of segmentation in the academic labor market,this paper analyses segmentation in China’s academic labor market using a national survey of China’s faculties in 2007.The empirical analysis aims to know whether there are various segmentation in China,what kind of faculties belong to primary or secondary academic labor market.This discussion will be helpful for us to the analysis of determinants of wage structure as well as the sources of faculty salaries differences in academic labor market.更多还原
