【摘要】 目的探讨MMP-9血清水平与肺结核发病的关系。方法选择2009年1月至2009年12月期间在我院住院的肺结核患者110例,男81例、女29例,年龄15～80岁,平均46.15±18.18岁;健康对照128例,男89例、女39例,年龄18、78岁,平均47.22±17.39岁,选自健康体检者。采用ELISA法测定血清的水平。结果肺结核患者治疗前血清MMP-9浓度为592.76(437.60)ug/L,而对照组为523.52(405.13)ug/L,较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论肺结核患者外周血MMP-9浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),提示MMP-9血清浓度与肺结核发病存在着相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the relationship between MMP-9 serum level and development of pulmonary tuberculosis(PTB).Methods 110 patients with PTB,81 males and 29 females,aged from 15 to 80 years,mean 46.15±18.18 year,were selected as the patient group from January 2009 to December 2009 in our hospital.128 cases of healthy persons from physical examination were selected as the control group,including 89 males,39 females,aged 18 to 78 years,the average age of 47.22±17.39 years.MMP-9 serum level was examined by means of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Serum levels of MMP-9 in PTB patients group before chemotherapy[592.76(437.60) ug/L]were significantly higher than that in the control group[523.52(405.13) ug/L],(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of MMP-9 in PTB patients group increased significantly(P<0.05),suggesting that the serum levels in MMP-9 is associated with development of PTB.更多还原
