【摘要】 研究了连续法制备聚醚多元醇的工艺中催化剂用量、进料速度、反应时间、反应温度和反应压力等关键工艺条件对聚醚产品的不饱和度、酸值、羟值、数均分子质量、分子质量分散指数等主要性能指标的影响规律。结果表明,所研制的连续法聚醚制备技术的工艺宽容度大,具有良好的工艺操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of technical conditions,such as catalyst,feeding rate,reaction time,reaction temperature and reaction presure etc.on the product’s key performance indicators,such as acid value,hydroxyl value,number average molecular weight,molecular weight distribution,were researched.The results showed that process tolerance of the method was large,process operability was excellent.更多还原
