一株芽孢杆菌的生防效果研究

【摘要】 芽孢杆菌在生物防治中成为研究的热点,芽孢杆菌微生物杀菌剂具有对人畜安全、对环境无污染、不易产生抗药性、高效广谱、促进作物生长等优点,因而更符合现代社会对农业生产及有害生物综合防治的要求和农业的可持续发展战略目标。本研究从河南科技学院小麦试验田,在小麦根际土壤中分离出一种细菌,经初步鉴定其为芽孢杆菌属成员;通过主栽百棉一号和矮抗58等品种的苗期盆栽试验,研究了所分离的芽孢杆菌对棉花苗期红腐病和小麦纹枯病的防治作用,研究结果表明:菌剂在盆栽试验中对棉花苗期红腐病有一定的防治作用;对小麦纹枯病也有良好的防治效果,其中芽孢杆菌100倍液﹑1000倍液﹑枯草芽孢杆菌100倍液3个处理防治效果达50%以上,对小麦纹枯病的防效分别为56.75%、51.36%和54.07%,其他浓度处理也有一定的防效,另外,菌剂对麦苗也有明显的促生作用。

【Abstract】 Because of the microbial fungicide Bacillus safe to humans and animals,environmental pollution,not easy to produce resistance,efficient broad-spectrum,and promote the advantages of crop growth,and thus more in line with modern agricultural production and the requirements of IPM and sustainable agriculture development of strategic objectives,the Bacillus has become the research hot spot for Biological Control.A bacterial was identified as members of the genera Bacillus,which is isolated from Experimental plots of wheat area in Henan Institute of Science and Technology;through the main cultivars of seedling pot experiment to study of isolated Bacillus to control Cotton Boll Rot Disease and Wheat Sharp Eyespot,it is results show that:agents in the pot experiment has preventive effect on seedling Cotton Boll Rot Disease;it also has good control effect on Wheat Sharp Eyespot;in which Bacillus 1000 times﹑100 times﹑Bacillus subtilis 100 times,the three handling has more than 50% control effect on Wheat Sharp Eyespot,the control effect were 56.75%,51.36% and 54.07%,Other concentrations are also have effect;in addition,the agents also has significant growth-promoting effect on wheat seedling.
