OSX在人牙髓-牙本质复合体形成中的作用

【摘要】 目的:通过免疫组织化学方法观察人牙齿发育中Osx的表达规律,探索其在牙髓-牙本质复合体形成中的作用。方法标本取自自然流产的人胚胎上下颌骨,分别进行HE染色和免疫组织化学染色,用图像分析仪分析。结果:免疫组化显示OSX分布于细胞胞浆中。蕾状期,OSX分布于牙蕾上皮细胞;帽状期,成釉器包括内釉上皮细胞、外釉上皮细胞及星网状层细胞均表达OSX,但内釉上皮处釉结的OSX表达明显集中;钟状期,成釉细胞、成牙本质细胞及邻近的牙乳头细胞高表达OSX,釉牙本质界、牙本质小管及新形成的釉质有表达。结论:OSX参与成釉细胞、成牙本质细胞的分化、成熟及细胞间信号传导,参与调控牙髓-牙本质复合体的发育。

【Abstract】 Objective:We observe the expression rule of Osx during pulpo-dentinal complex development by the immunohistochemistry method in order to explore the function and significiance of OSX.Methods:The specimens are the mandible and maxillary from the aborted embryos.We used the HE and immunohistochemistry methods to dye the specimens.Analyze with Image Analysis System.Results:The OSX protein expresses in the cytoplasm.In the bud stage,the epithelial express OSX protein.In the cap stage,the enamel organ contained the outer enamel epithelium,inner enamal epithelium and stellate reticulum express the OSX,but the expression of OSX in the inner enamal epithelium and enamel knot obviously concentrated.In the cap stage,odontoblast,ameloblast and the adjacent dental papilla highly express the OSX,enamel-dentinal junction,the new formative enamel and dentinal tubule also express the OSX protein.Conclusion:OSX participates in the differentiation and mature of odontoblast,ameloblast and the signal transmission between cells,regulates the secreting of enamel,dentin and the process of biological mineralizing.
