不同鼠种氟斑牙易感性比较研究

【摘要】 目的:观察比较ICR小鼠,KM小鼠,Wistar大鼠和SD大鼠对氟易感性的差异,为氟斑牙研究的鼠种选择提供参考依据。方法:建立鼠饮水型氟斑牙模型,实验期间观察牙长增长率,不同鼠种氟斑牙出现的时间,形成氟斑牙时的分级及D49分级,并结合硬组织切片在偏光显微镜下的表现进行评价。结果:1大鼠牙长增长率低于小鼠(p<0.01)。2大鼠的氟斑牙出现的时间明显早于小鼠(p<0.05)。3.氟斑牙形成时的分级,Wistar大鼠高于SD大鼠(P<0.01)及KM小鼠(P<0.01),与ICR小鼠间无显著性差异。4.D49分级:高剂量时氟斑牙严重程度Wistar大鼠>SD大鼠/ICR小鼠/KM小鼠。低剂量时Wistar大鼠/SD大鼠>KM小鼠/lCR小鼠。结论:鼠氟斑牙易感程度为大鼠>小鼠,Wistar大鼠对氟斑牙最为易感。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To compare the susceptibility of ICR mice,Kunming mice,Wistar rats,SD rats to dental fluorosis in order to select the apposite murine species in correlating study.METHODS:Murine dental fluorosis model was established by adding fluoride in drinking water.The incisor growth rate,the appearing time of dental fluorosis,the graded degrees of dental fluorosis when dental fluorosis appeared as well as in the 49th was observed during the experiment.Fluorosed incisors were evaluate under the polarizing microscope.RESULTS:The incisor growth rate of rats is lower than that of mice(p<0.01). The dental fluorosis in rats occurred significantly earlier than in mice(p<0.05).The graded degrees of dental fluorosis in Wister rats is more severe than in SD rats(p<0.01) and in Kunming mice(p<0.01).There is no significant difference when compared with ICR mice. When higer dose of fluoride was added the severity of dental fluorosis in the 49th day was that Wistar rats >SD rats/ICR mice/Kumming mice.When in lower dose Wistar rats/SD rats>KM mice/ICR mice.CONCLUSION:The rats are more susceptible to dental fluorosis. Wister rat is most susceptible to dental fluorosis.
