【摘要】 现代新药研究与开发的关键首先是寻找、确定和制备药物靶点,同时要有能够作用靶点的新化合物,以离子通道为药物靶点的芋螺毒素研究将成为开发新药的一种有效研究途径。由于芋螺毒素的高丰度、化学多样性、强专一性作用等突出特点成为创新药物发展的宝库,芋螺毒素可以选择性地作用于细胞表面的离子通道受体,是研究离子通道极好的化学探针,已被广泛地应用于研制特异性诊断试剂以及开发疗效特异的新药之中,并作为镇疼药物、抗癫痫药物已进入临床研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The first key of modern new drug research and development is looking for, determining and preparing drug targets,and simultaneously to find new functional compounds on the targets.Recently,conotoxins,showing high-abundance,chemical diversity and high-specific activity,are a valuable pool for the development of new drug,and have ability to recognize and discriminate subtypes of many ion channels and receptors,which are useful tools in neuroscience extensively.Therefore conotoxins are widely used in neurophysiology as standard agents in medical diagnosis and in novel drugs development with specific therapeutic efficacy.Some conotoxins are in the different clinical stages to treat chronic pain and epilepsy etc.更多还原
