【摘要】 本文从早熟葡萄品种中筛选出"早玫瑰"为试验材料,研究其胚珠培养萌发与成苗率的有关影响因子,如胚培方式、胚龄、春化处理时间、培养基的种类等。试验结果表明:把开花后60d的胚,胚体大致发育成鱼雷型时进行横切半培养,在温度2-5℃的条件下,60d可以通过春化阶段,用MS培养基附加IBA 0.2 mg/L、BA 0.02 mg/L胚萌发与成苗率最高,畸型苗最少。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper selected"the Early Rose"from early grape varieties for the trial materials and studied its ovule culture and seedling germination rate of the relevant factors,such as embryo pui,embryo age,vernalization processing time,the type of culture medium and so on.The results showed that:using 60 d after the flowering of the embryo to be trained into torpedo-type,then carrying on the transverse cutting and half-raising,under the conditions of the temperature 2～5℃, 60 d by vernalization stage,with additional MS culture medium IBA0.2 mg/L,BA0.02 mg/L can get embryo germination and seedling highest rate,at least distorted seedlings.更多还原
