【摘要】 亚氯酸钠作为二氧化氯的主要消毒副产物,其毒性已经受到广泛的关注。本研究通过长达三代的染毒实验,研究了亚氯酸钠对wista大鼠的胚胎毒性。结果表明:30,120和360mg/L的亚氯酸钠对胎鼠的内脏、骨骼发育无影响,没有表现出致畸所用。由实验结果可推算饮用水中亚氯酸钠最大污染水平目标值MCLG推算为1.1mg/L。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chlorite, as a toxic disinfection by-product, has been more and more concerned along with the widely use of chlorine dioxide in water disinfection field. A three-generation study was conducted to investigate the reproduction and development effect of chlorite on wistar rats. The results showed that no effect on the organ and skeleton of pups when administration 30, 120 and 360 mg/L. The MCLG in drinking water can be calculated as 1.1 mg/L.更多还原
